Terms of service

1. Ordering

Order directly on the website or call +856 20 9591 9293. Once we receive your order, we call to confirm the products, address and delivery time before the goods leave the warehouse.

2. Prices & wholesale quotes

Prices shown on the website are retail prices. Dealers, hotels, construction projects and event organisers should send a request through the Wholesale / project quote page to receive a dedicated price list.

3. Delivery & installation

Within Vientiane we deliver the same day or at an agreed time. Other provinces are served by our own freight routes; timing and cost are confirmed when we call about your order. Bulky items include installation at your home.

4. Payment

Cash on delivery, bank transfer or QR payment. Large orders may require a deposit by agreement.

5. Returns & warranty

If an item does not match its description, is the wrong item or arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you. Mattresses and furniture carry the warranty period stated on each product.
